I, just like you was nervous about taking the DCA - Process Server Renewal. I've been a licensed server for over 10 years, before they instituted an exam and bond. I made my appt and was nervous about the day I selected, in fact I was scared, this is my job, the unforeseen future of losing my income made me sick. I ordered the training institute study material , that is the only study material I focused on, I read it cover to cover and took the practice exams. The author, “Paula“ was available and we spoke on the phone numerous times, she truly cares and answered my questions every time. I took the test today and received an 80. The stress and pressure is over for the next 2 years, life is back to normal now thanks to the Training Institute and Paula. Don't take this DCA exam without this study material!!

  • Anthony M. says:

"The practice tests and training materials were very helpful to me. The practice questions were very close to the actual NYC DCA licensing exam, and the review allowed me to focus on the materials I really needed to know. I have been serving papers for a very long time, however test taking strategies are a challenge to me. I learned how the questions and answers on the exam could be tricky and what I needed to look at in order to answer the questions correctly and pass the exam."

  • Matthew B. says:

"I have been taking these exams since 2011 and it is obvious the DCA has made the questions more difficult. I would not want to go into this exam without your course. You hit on every question throughout the practice quizzes. The part 2 review notes were very helpful."

  • Joe M. says:

"The practice quizzes and information packet provided by The Training Institute, LLC was excellent. My experience was very positive, as I appreciate the confidence that I gained by taking the exams and reviewing the materials. The resources organized and highlighted key points needed to successfully pass the exam without the overly burdensome task of reading through a large packet. The resources allowed me to learn how to take the test strategically and apply what I learned for a successful outcome."

  • Michael C. says:

"The benefit I received from the quizzes and materials I obtained from The Training Institute, LLC was immeasurable. The practice quizzes taught me to carefully read and study the wording of the sample situations and mirrored actual test questions. Your practice exams helped me learn to give the best answer to the situation presented rather than to give just an answer. All in all, your practice exams and materials helped me pay closer attention to the actual test questions and made all the difference to me."
