    This course prepares students for the New York City DCWP Process Server Exam. Learn the necessary rules and laws that a process server must know in order to serve papers legally and properly. Fundamentals regarding the different manners of service of process are explained. Topics include clarifying fees, timing elements, bonding and licensing requirements and rules regarding electronic device usage. The goal is to help process servers understand their obligations under the rules.

I had to take the NYC process server exam in order to able to serve process in the state of NY. After taking and passing the exam, I'm definitely glad to spent the money for the practice exams, they were invaluable. Despite reviewing the materials available through the Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, it would not have been enough to get through the exam. The test preparation questions were very similar to what the actual test was and allowed me to pass the exam with no problem. It was definitely worth the money. If you are on the fence if you should spend the money or not, you should spend the money.

I, just like you was nervous about taking the DCA - Process Server Renewal. I've been a licensed server for over 10 years, before they instituted an exam and bond. I made my appt and was nervous about the day I selected, in fact I was scared, this is my job, the unforeseen future of losing my income made me sick. I ordered the training institute study material , that is the only study material I focused on, I read it cover to cover and took the practice exams. The author, “Paula“ was available and we spoke on the phone numerous times, she truly cares and answered my questions every time. I took the test today and received an 80. The stress and pressure is over for the next 2 years, life is back to normal now thanks to the Training Institute and Paula. Don't take this DCA exam without this study material!!
