Paula Parrino, Esq. has over twenty years of experience in the legal services industry and is currently the Chief Administrative Officer and Vice President of Operations for Nationwide Court Services, Inc. Ms. Parrino is heavily involved in the process service industry. She volunteers as the President of the New York State Professional Process Servers Association and works on the Legislative and Education Committees. She is a liaison with members of the City Council and lawmakers in Albany regarding bills that impact process servers. On a national level, Ms. Parrino serves as the Chair of the Arbitration and Grievance Committee for the National Association of Professional Process Servers. Her extensive background in the law and education lends well to her assisting process servers seeking help with the New York City process serving exam.

  • Ms. Parrino also is the co-chair of the Suffolk Academy Bar Association's Real Property Division and frequent presenter of CLE credits for the Suffolk County Bar Association and the New York State Land Title Association.

  • Ms. Parrino holds the following degrees: a Bachelor of Arts from Hofstra University majoring in Political Science with minors in Economics and International Affairs; a Master’s Degree in Education from Dowling College; and a Juris Doctor from Touro Law School. Licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services as a Title Insurance Agent, Ms. Parrino also has a New Jersey title license.

  • A past recipient of the 40 Under 40 Long Island Business News Award, she is also an award-winning grant writer through the New York State Regional Economic Development Council. Ms. Parrino has written, presented and taught a Continuing Legal Education course entitled “Challenges and Solutions to the Successful Service of Process in New York State.”

  • Recently, Ms. Parrino was honored as one of Long Island’s Top 50 Women in Business and was a recipient of the Herald News Real Estate Award for Achievement and Leadership. In addition, Ms. Parrino also co-founded The Training Institute, LLC, an organization designed to provide training in many different fields.
